Shipping orders must be placed on the site
Once placed make sure to send complete Order Total through your chosen payment method
(Include your Last Name and Order # which will be sent in the Confirmation email)
Confirmations for order request are sent in 24-48 hours. During busy times our confirmations may be delayed.

Your order must be placed 1-2 days in advance from desired arrival (up to a week during busy times)
We run on a set schedule and it's highly encouraged to refrain from last minute ordering. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders it can delay our process of delivering items as quickly as possible. Any delayed orders will be notified via text.
Current Payment Methods accepted are Cash app, Venmo, and Zelle.
On a case by case basis cash payments are accepted (for existing & consistent clients.)

Custom or Catering orders must be placed 1-2 weeks in advance.
A 50% deposit is due one week before the date of arrival. The remaining 50% will be due 24 hours prior to date of receiving.
Yes! Wholesale and store accounts are welcomed.
Delivery/Pick ups
Pick up orders through us are available and must be pre scheduled.

Delivery days are scheduled for Thursday & Friday (evening hours)
We deliver within a 15 mile radius of yankee stadium. If we don’t have any routes available going out to your area, shipping is the next best option. For all orders outside of The Bronx & Manhattan, we kindly encourage shipping. ALL NYC ORDERS ARRIVE NEXT DAY!

Bronx $75 minimum + ($10 fee)
Upper Manhattan $100 minimum + ($15 fee)
Queens & Brooklyn $150 minimum + ($20 fee)
Due to all products being made per order, we do not offer rescheduling.
Our driver will contact you once the route is set and once again when he is headed your way. Please be outside and ready to receive your order. If for any reason you are not available to receive your order or if our driver is waiting an unreasonable amount of time, you will have to schedule a pick up on our operating days. We do not redeliver.
Shipping
All orders are shipped between Tuesday-Friday. (These days are subject to change)
We ship orders within 1-2 days after payment confirmation, We confirm your estimated time of shipping, and can provide a tracking number if requested.
*NYC & NJ orders usually arrive the next day from ship date. We ship priority via USPS which does not guarantee next day service. Overnight shipping is also offered if requested.*

Nationwide USPS shipping is $10.

We’re currently working out of a studio which we renovated and set up as a full working kitchen.
Everything is freshly made and our staff members are all certified in food safety.

For maximum freshness
We advise you to only refrigerate items for 5-7 days. For preservation of any unfinished treats, they can be frozen for up to 2 months.
This is subject to the individuals tolerance/preference.
We always recommend starting slowly until you figure out your personal happiness while enjoying our treats :)
